What is my pet’s size?

To choose the right size for your pet’s outfit, you will typically need to measure the pet’s neck, back length and chest. On each product page, we have pictures illustrating how to take measurements.
  • Neck: Grab a measuring tape (or a piece of string that you can measure with a ruler afterwards) and measure by wrapping it around your pet’s neck.
  • Chest: Measure right around the body from behind the front legs (underneath the armpits). Make sure you measure the widest part of their chest.
  • Length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar would sit) to the base of the tail along the pet’s back bone.
Then, check our size chart on each product page to find your pet’s size.
Please allow 0.5" - 1"(1 - 3 cm) inaccuracy in measurement.

What if my pet is between sizes?

If your pet is between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size. Especially, if your pet is growing, has a large chest or thick/long hair, you may order the next larger size to ensure a comfortable fit.

How to order a matching set for Furry Besties Matching Outfits?

For our Furry Besties Pet&Owner Matching Outfits Collection, please note that each item added to your cart contains ONLY ONE PIECE of clothes (Owner Only or Pet Only). You may purchase a piece for yourself or for your pet alone.

If you wish to order a matching set for human(s) and pet(s):

  1. Choose the color and size for Pet Only and add item to cart.
  2. Choose the color and size for Owner Only and add item to cart.
  3. Repeat the last two steps for additional items.

How do I customize my item?

For items applicable for customization:

1. Please choose the size and color of the item, then add it to your shopping cart.
2. In your cart, you will see a chat box entitled "Special instructions for seller"Leave us a message of your personalized information (text, numbers, etc.) in the chat box.
 For Example: "Name: KRISTIE ; Number: 07".
3. If you are ordering multiple items of different sizes and/or colors, please specify which set of information is on which size/color.

Due to an overwhelming amount of orders we are receiving every single day, all orders are processed within 3-8 business days. For worldwide shipping, after 15 to 60 days (most orders arrive within 10-30 days, but transit time varies), your order will arrive at your door. You may also choose priority shipping.
