HOW TO CUSTOMIZE?

1. Please choose the size and color of the item, then add it to your shopping cart.
2. In your cart, you will see a chat box entitled "Special instructions for seller". Leave us a message of your choice of letters and charms (up to 7 elements in total).

For example, you may choose:

• 7 letters (Message sample: KRISTIE)
• 6 letters + 1 charm (Message sample: AUDREY + Heart)
• 5 letters + 2 charms (Message sample: Dog + BELLA + Heart),
• 4 letters + 2 charm (Message sample: Star + Crown + COCO), etc.
• No more than 7 letters & charms please.

3. If you are ordering multiple items of different sizes and/or colors, please specify which set of Name and Charm is on which size/color. We highly encourage you to place separate orders.

4. 100% custom-made just for your pet! Please allow 3-7 business days for us to make it before shipping. 

SIZE

• Before purchasing, please be sure to measure your pet for an accurate sizing and a perfect fit.
• If any of the measurements are 'between' two sizes, we advise choosing the larger size.
• Important: If your pet has a large chest, long hair, or is at the higher end of the size chart, you may order the next larger size to ensure a comfortable fit.
• If your pet is growing, you may also want to order a size up for more room if you prefer. 
• Please allow 0.5" - 1"(1 - 3 cm) inaccuracy in measurement.
